Will Loch Construction Ltd is a full-service building contractor based in East Sussex. With over twenty years of experience working on a variety of projects, from Listed buildings to the most contemporary designs, we are well placed to provide a high level of expertise for all types of projects, from renovations to complete new builds. 

As a main contractor, we manage the whole process throughout the build, working closely with other professionals such as architects, engineers and suppliers to ensure there is one point of communication and responsibility.

We manage the building control process and provide the appropriate certificates and warranties at the end of each project.  Will Loch Construction has a great deal of experience working on private, residential projects so we understand the challenges and concerns facing our clients.

We can provide a fully detailed quotation and are always happy to offer alternative, cost-saving solutions based on experience. Providing timely progress and financial reports form the basis of regular client meetings ensuring your project runs smoothly, to budget and on schedule. We love the detail!
